The experience was so entertaining and fun. our table chef was very skilled and very fun at the same time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced when you consider that it comes with your main entree, steamed rice, Japanese tea, vegetables, soup, salad, a few pieces of shrimp, and ice cream or sherbet for dessert. Entertainment and food together are hard to beat. You must get some of your food to go to see the fun designs they create out of aluminum foil to put your food in. Very friendly staff as well. I was visiting from out of state but would go back more often if I lived here. Be prepared to leave a good tip because they earn it.

Horrible customer service. We put our name on the waiting list (we were a party of 5) and watched for AN HOUR as the manager sat 3 different couples that came in after us at an empty table to fill the table. When we told him we had been waiting for an hour (he originally told us 30 minutes) he said “I told you it was about an hour to an hour and 30 minutes “ . Everyone in the group agreed that is NOT what he told us and we left. We went to Osaka steakhouse down the street, which is nicer, CHEAPER, and has more options. Don’t waste your time at shogun.

Really slow on the service side. Had a 830 reservation, didn’t get seated till 9. Then did not see a wait staff member until 930, just for a drink order! Then to top it off, when the chef finally came out at nearly 10 pm...he forgot part of my order! Much better hibachi options available in Tulsa than this

The shrimp and rice were over cooked. The mustard sauce taste like spicy mustard and horseradish. The ginger sauce taste like soy sauce and ginger. The steak and chicken were good. The show was awesome but the food is way salty. I've had better experiences at other restaurants. Plus they have a junky water feature in the middle of the place that has a funny mold smell.
